VENUE RENTAL:

Minimum venue rental time: 4 hours with the option to add more (includes set-up and tear down time)

Inclusions: Tables, chairs, linens, ceiling draping, private event bar, private deck and private restrooms

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Inhouse food and beverage only, with the exception desserts which can be from a commercial, licensed bakery or store (grandma's kitchen and cottage food licenses are not acceptable)

72" Round tables for seating up to 10 per table

2 Large projectors of presentations and slide shows

2 Hand Held Microphones available

Seating up to 350 guests for a plated meal

Private outdoor area with outside bar service
