Prices, Cost, Investment...
Call it what you will, the numbers matter
Before We Talk Numbers, One Important Reality Check
Most businesses in the wedding industry don’t actually deliver a wedding day — they deliver one piece of it. A photographer takes photos. A caterer serves food. A DJ plays music. A venue rents space. All of those services matter, but none of them, on their own, are responsible for making sure a wedding day actually runs smoothly from start to finish, for ensuring you stay within your budget, and for bringing it all together.
That responsibility usually falls on the couple.
When services are booked separately, couples are asked to do two very hard things at the same time: first, figure out the true total cost of the wedding (which is nearly impossible early on, because many costs don’t appear until later), and second, manage and coordinate all of those moving parts so they come together perfectly on one day.
That’s why pricing can feel confusing — and why comparisons can be misleading.
Comparing one venue to another makes sense but a venue-only price comes with lists of available vendors not actual quotes.
Comparing a venue-only price to a complete wedding experience does not "compute". They’re simply not the same product. Take a moment to understand the details below... whether you choose the Royal Cliff or not, this understanding will serve you well.
The Building Blocks of Wedding Pricing
Every wedding here is made up of four main components:
- Venue
- Food & Beverage
- DJ, Sound & Lighting
- Planning, Coordination & Staff
- Frosting: photography, video, bakery, flowers, decorations, puppies...
A barn or industrial venue might quote “$10,000 for the space” and hand you a list of approved vendors. At first glance, that number feels lower. But that quote is the equivalent of buying land when youare actually looking for a home to move in.
To understand the real cost, you now have to:
- Read every vendor’s pricing structure
- Make a lot of calls
- Send a lot of emails
- Track deposits, minimums, and service fees
- Build a spreadsheet just to see the full picture
Only after doing all of that can you even begin to compare it to a Fab! Weddings package in the $12,000–$20,000 range. And here’s the key difference:
Our packages already include:
- Food
- Beverage
- DJ
- Planning and day-of coordination
- Service fees
- Taxes
That $10,000 venue-only quote is not cheaper — it’s incomplete.
A Fab! Weddings package is a move-in-ready home:
- Furnished
- Utilities on
- Fridge stocked
- Butler, maid, and chaffeur
One number you can plan around. No caveats, no surprises.
No spreadsheets required. (but we'll give you the spreadsheet anyway)
Venue Pricing (2026 - 2027)
Venue pricing is driven primarily by demand, not by décor or guest count. Saturdays during peak wedding season are the most requested dates, which is why pricing is highest then and lower on other days. Further, Saturdays are the most requested days, followed by Fridays and then the rest of the weekdays.

Venue Fee
May, June, September, October
Saturday: $8,000
Friday: $6,000
Sunday–Thursday: $4,000

Venue Fee
April, July, August, November
Saturday: $6,000
Friday: $4,000
Sunday–Thursday: $2,000

Venue Fee
December, January, February, March
Saturday: $5,000
Friday: $3,000
Sunday–Thursday: $2,000
Fine Print :)
Major holidays and some weekdays before "big" dates are priced just like Peak Saturdays. For example, while a typical Tuesday in December comes with the lowest venue price available, if that Tuesday happens to be December 31st, it will be priced just as a Saturday in June. Getting 15 - 20 people to work instead of being with their families on such days, does cost us, and thus you, more.

Why This Pricing Model Works
Couples consistently tell us they value clarity: knowing what’s included, what’s optional, why prices vary, and what they’re actually budgeting for. This structure eliminates surprise charges, reduces vendor coordination stress, and avoids those last-minute “wait, that’s not included?” moments.
You’re not paying for chaos.
You’re paying for consistency, experience, and a team that does this every week.
Personalized Quotes (Always)
Every couple receives a customized quote based on guest count, date, menu preferences, bar selections, and any optional services. The numbers you see are the numbers you plan around — no guesswork and no fine-print surprises.
What's a Bride to do?
Consider the example packages for 150 guests - add or subtract $1000 for every 20 people over or under 150. This should give you a reasonable idea where you might land.
Then consider what is more important to you: the season, the weekday, the final number. With that information, we may have something to talk about.
The Bottom Line
While we are very competitive (and you will know this once you start looking at the whole picture not just venue cost), we’re not trying to be the cheapest option.
We aim to be the clearest, most reliable, and most complete, delivering an experience you and your guests will remember fondly.Pricing should feel predictable — not like a riddle you solve after signing a contract: If you’re allergic to surprise fees, you’ll find none here.
If you’re ready to talk through options and see what works best for your date and budget, we’d love to walk through it with you.
