All services require a non-refundable retainer deposit/retainer. The reason this is non-refundable is because you are buying a commitment from us to have staff and/or a venue available to you at some point in the future. Should your circumstances change, our time, and opportunity to rebook the same service with another customer, will have passed. Time is our inventory and it has value! We hope you can understand.

Please see your agreement, you receive a discount on cash, check, Zelle, and Billpay payments. There is no discount for card / Paypal payments.
